All the contact information that you store in the Contacts Module is also available to the other modules in RepTools. The contacts module itself, has built-in tabs that allow you to manage related actions, calls, requests, request items, projects, bids, documents, and vault items all without leaving the module. In addition, new to RepTools 2008, is the ability to view a map, get directions/traffic, and even see a street level view of buildings around your contact's address. Also, with a built-in webviewer you can view your contact's website without ever leaving RepTools.
