The Staff Module is your personalized hub.
Every RepTools™ 2008 purchase comes with the Staff Module as a standard component. It allows all members of your company to view their actions, projects, bids, and other important information from a central location that is easily accessible to them.
Integrated username and password.
After a user logs into RepTools™ they are taken directly to their staff homepage, even if you are using Active or Open Directory authentication. The staff homepage contacts all of their contact information; including birthdays, hobbies, and other useful information. From the homepage, staff memebers can easily navigate all other RepTools™ modules or view at-a-glance information without ever leaving their homepage.
Put a face to your staff.
One of the new features in RepTools™ is user preferences for staff members. Every user now has a user icon (and can store up to 4), customizable network preferences, and a bulletin board to recieve short messages from other users. This innovative way of communicating ensures that your staff can put faces to each other with pictures and their communications stay within RepTools for later retrieval.
